Dual Olympic Silver Medalist (1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games) Michelle Ferris, along with her family, has decided to put together a team for the 2009 Murray to Moyne Cycle relay - Team Learning 4 Life. Michelle is currently a 3 time World Masters Champion and still holds the Olympic record for the women’s sprint event. Michelle is now enjoying retirement and using her past experience to help young and old riders to enjoy their cycling. She, along with her family and friends making up the team, have decided to raise their funds for Learning 4 Life. The Autism condition is close to their hearts as Michelle’s nephew has traits on the Autism Spectrum. They are keen to support the work at Learning 4 Life and see as many children as possible be able to receive the therapy needed and reach their full potential.
